We want you to love your Petal & Pup purchase, but if something isn't quite right, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery for a store credit or refund. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Return Method

  Select whether you would like to receive a store credit with a bonus incentive or a refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original packaging, and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Confirmation

  Once your return is received at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for our team to inspect the items and issue your credit or refund.
